Autorun UI Assistant and hide

Hello, community!
I’m trying to fix the following problem:
I put Ui Assistant .exe file to folder
“C:\Users\Alex\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup”
and enabled property “minimized”.
But Ui Assistant runs in visible window.
How to make it run in TRAY (or minimized)?
