Autopilot Tab is not Visible in Assistant - Could not display the form Form78221fef-c86b-4201-b919-492f43fc9654. (ExternalHostShowTimeout)

Hi Team,

I did setup for autopilot. But I am not able to see Autopilot tab in assistant when I run Autopilot job. This job is getting failed with below error. Please help me to understand this issue.

you enabled the autopilot and ops rules in orchestrator?

is it a enterprise one?

Hi @rashmichavan524

You have to sign in to Assistant using the Service URL
Assistant → Preferences → orchestrator settings → Connectivity → Service Url

Cause:

Autopilot works only with the Service URL connection type.
Autopilot is only working for attended robots.
The Robot was installed in Service mode.

Solution:

Change the UiPath Robot/Studio installation to User Mode and retry.
In the Service URL provide UiPath → Sign in

If the Autopilot still displays ‘Could not display the form Form78221fef-c86b-4201-b919-492f43fc9654. (ExternalHostShowTimeout)’ in UiPath Assistant → Quit the UiPath Assistant process from the Show hidden icons and reopen the UiPath Assistant
