Autopilot stuck in UiPath Assistant

Hi,

My Autopilot in UiPath Assistant is stuck in “Checking for latest version” stage for quite some time. Have already tried deleting the Autopilot .nuget packages, restarting the Assistant and PC as well but of no use.

Not sure if I configured it wrong. Any ideas?

@Madmaxf1

Try general tips that close your assistant from task manager and reopen and singout and sign in.

And restart the machine as well.

Check and let me know if it works

Hi @Madmaxf1,

Could you please confirm whether Autopilot was working previously, or if this is the first time you’re trying to use it?

Thanks

Try creating an Assistant policy using the 24.10.1 template

Make sure that you have a Widget policy set as below:

Name: UiPath.Autopilot.Widget
Version: latest

Deploy it for testing purposes to your user
Sign out in UiPath Assistant and Sign in back

Does it help?

Tried all that, its still stuck.

Yes, it was working well previously/

Sorry, this isn’t working either.

It may be that your machine cannot access the backend feeds for the UiPath.Autopilot.Widget.0.0.58.

Try uploading this nupkg file under your Orchestrator Libraries tenant feed and retry.

UiPath.Autopilot.Widget.0.0.58.nupkg (313.3 KB)

Thanks everyone for jumping in, just tried deleting the Autopilot .nuget packages once again, then restarted Assistant and this time it worked like a charm.
