Autopilot Not Accessible in Web Assistant for Licensed User

I invited a new user to my Automation Cloud account and assigned an Automation User license to enable Autopilot access. However, Autopilot is not available in the Web Assistant.
Need help to fix this.

Hi @Pratiksha_Angarkar

An Automation User license alone is not enough.

To enable Autopilot in Web Assistant, make sure all of these are true:

  • Autopilot is enabled at tenant level (Admin → AI Trust Layer / Autopilot).
  • User has Autopilot access assigned (Admin → Manage Access → Access Rules → Autopilot).
  • Autopilot for Everyone (or required Autopilot service) is installed by admin.
  • User logs out and back in (or hard refresh / new session).

If it still shows “ask your admin to install Autopilot”, the service is not enabled or not provisioned for the tenant yet.
