AutoPilot for Teams

Hi

Trying out the AutoPilot for Teams feature, but I cant run automation as the app description.

Anyone has experience solving this ?

If it’s showing same issue, then

  1. Reinstall and Reauthenticate
  • Uninstall the UiPath app from Teams and reinstall it.
  • Reauthenticate using your UiPath credentials and ensure the connection is established with the right Orchestrator instance.
  1. Contact UiPath Support

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, reach out to UiPath support. Provide them with:

  • Logs from Orchestrator and Teams.
  • Details of the issue, including steps to reproduce it.
  • Versions of UiPath and Microsoft Teams in use.

Yes I did both in #1. Its getting frustrating, I guess I ll contact the support.

Check settings
Have enabled the required access
And security layer is enabled or not

It’s a better option because sometimes this issue occurs. You can directly connect with the support team, and they will resolve your issue.
