Description
I had the pleasure of speaking at ZS BIT Lightning 2025, a tech event held at Technopark Pomerania in Szczecin (Poland).
My talk, titled “Agent AI - the colleague you haven’t met yet,” introduced the audience to the concept of Agentic Automation in UiPath.
During the session, I demonstrated how to build and configure agents in UiPath Agent Builder, including a conversational AI agent that handled IT Service Desk tasks - such as creating Jira tickets and resetting user passwords - all integrated with Slack for real-time interaction.
The presentation sparked great discussions and showed how AI Agents can support everyday IT operations in a practical and business-oriented way.
