For a small team of RPA Developers , should the Developer be involved in the INITIAL Walkthrough with Business/Stakeholders. Do ALL developers need to be there in the INITIAL WALKTHROUGH for a new process? I have been practicing recording the Initial Walkthrough, sharing it with the developers, developers are coming with questions, collectively gathering information from the developers having the team lead meet with the stakeholder and then involving the developers with the stakeholders. Is this a best practice?
