Automation suite questions

I’m working on a project that needs to be deployed by Automation Suite on an azure cloud.
I don’t know how to start.
Will the development be done on the cloud or on my machine normally and the deployment will only be on the cloud?

For the start date of the license do I specify that it starts since I start developing or when I start production?

As per my understanding Automation Suite is for deployment, so you can do development normally

Should i install uipath studio on the cloud azure or i can work on my machine and only do the deployment on cloud?
