How to collect cluster health status using diagnostic tool in Automation Suite?
The Automation Suite Diagnostics Tool is the first thing to use, when facing any issues with Automation Suite. It checks the health of different required components and gives a consolidated report.
- Get the Automation Suite Diagnostic tool by downloading the file supportability-tools.zip. The latest version of supportability-tools works with all Automation Suite versions.
- Login to the Automation Suite server
- # cd /opt/UiPathAutomationSuite/{version}/installer
- # wget -O ~/supportability-tools.zip https://download.uipath.com/automation-suite/2022.10.6-1/supportability-tools-2022.10.6-1.zip
- # unzip supportability-tools-2022.10.6-1.zip -d support-tools
- To start using the Automation Suite Diagnostics Tool, run the following command:
- ./Support-Tools/diagnostics-tool/diagnostics-report.sh
- It will take some time wait until it finishes.
