Hi,

Anybody using good template to calculate the time savings by RPA ?

Hi.

Well for unattended, the time savings will always be the total time the manual process took which would be calculated by the person performing the job manually.

For attended, I’m assuming it would be the manual time - automation time.

I don’t know about a good template; we just have had the owner of the process determine how long it takes them per period.
