Automation Hub - Few Users Cannot Login Using Microsoft SSO

Why do few users cannot login into Automation Hub using Microsoft SSO?

This issue happens when few users within the organization can login into Automation Hub using Microsoft SSO option, and few users cannot. This is because the affected users have some roles/ permissions missing in Azure AD.

To confirm this, collect HAR file from the browser the affected users are trying to login in. Below error will exist in the “callback?error=” event.



Resolution: Typically, these kind of issues are handled by the organization’s internal IT team. Hence, reach out to the IT team and share this Azure Active Directory Model , as it would provide more useful information.

If the above process takes a while, then the affected users can follow the normal username/password approach and signup/sign in into the tenant as a work-around.
