How to troubleshoot a blank page after accessing Automation Hub?
- Log in into an Incognito/ Private window and access Automation Hub. If the content is loading successfully, the browser caching is causing this issue. Clear the cache in the main browser session and test again.
- If the page is still blank, check the following:
- Use a different browser, as per browser compatibility mentioned in the Automation Hub - Software Requirements and Browser Compatibility
- Open Developer Tools (or hit F12 button from the keyboard). Navigate to "Console" tab and check if any errors are displayed.
- Gather also the below information and open a support ticket:
- Share the URL of the Automation Hub instance
- Share the version of the browser used
