How to troubleshoot a blank page after accessing Automation Hub?

  1. Log in into an Incognito/ Private window and access Automation Hub. If the content is loading successfully, the browser caching is causing this issue. Clear the cache in the main browser session and test again.
  2. If the page is still blank, check the following:
    1. Use a different browser, as per browser compatibility mentioned in the Automation Hub - Software Requirements and Browser Compatibility
    2. Open Developer Tools (or hit F12 button from the keyboard). Navigate to "Console" tab and check if any errors are displayed.
    3. Gather also the below information and open a support ticket:
      • Share the URL of the Automation Hub instance
      • Share the version of the browser used
