Automation for Emulator

We use terminal emulator(ex.Teraterm) to connect server to get log files from server.

The question:

Is it possible using your UIPath Front office or BackOffice for the automation above by designing
the flow inside UIPath Studio?

If there is slow communication between local and server using this emulator, the agent wait for the response ?
Both Sending time and Receiving time are define by UIPath Studio, can we avoid above issue ?
