Hi All,

I couldn’t find where to post this question so here I am. I wonder your automation experiences with external financial systems. Where system is not on your control and you don’t know when exactly the Ui elements will/might change. You need to login the systems as a user to validate your payments or even need to make payments. Maybe their RPA friendly systems gave you bot ID’s that differs from user IDs. Did you contact with these institutions and had work together on changes? Are they willing to join your RPA plans? Which institution is more RPA friendly? Can you please share challenges and how you accomplish them?
