Automation Express Licenses commercial use or personal use

From the Automation Cloud - About Licensing page, it stated that Free Plan, which included 25 Automation Express License, can be used for commercial purposes.

However, in the Acceptable Use Policy, it stated “Automations Express licenses only for your own individual or personal use”.

So, does Automation Express Licenses can be used for commercial purposes?

So, it allows commercial use under the restrictions which are described in the document, I think.
