Automation Explorer Assessment (v2023.10) issue

Hello,
I have an issue with assessment in Automation Explorer Assessment (v2023.10). I did everything what had to be done, but still not completed.
However once I want to raise a ticket I have an issue with license ID, do you know what to do now?

Is the license still active or expired?

Good question, maybe… do you know where I can find it? However it doesn’t solve why assessments wasn’t confirmed :slight_smile:

If you have admin rights

Go To Admin → Licenses and check the expiry date

Might be there is temporary issue , try to open in different browser or incognito mode.

it doesn’t work, as I wrote. I did that assessment already more then week ago and nohting changed.
And I have an issue with raising a ticket because support ID is not valid.

So what to do now? Is there any possibility to send a direct mail somewhere or?
