However once I want to raise a ticket I have an issue with license ID, do you know what to do now?

Is the license still active or expired?
Good question, maybe… do you know where I can find it? However it doesn’t solve why assessments wasn’t confirmed ![]()

it doesn’t work, as I wrote. I did that assessment already more then week ago and nohting changed.
And I have an issue with raising a ticket because support ID is not valid.
So what to do now? Is there any possibility to send a direct mail somewhere or?

I’m facing same issue. I have started learning plan for Automation Developer Professional training and just finished an assessment for Explorer, however assessment row won’t have an updated status to completed even though I had 90 % right answers in my assessment and I’m missing my diploma. Logging out/in and browsing with ingocnito don’t help either.
Any ideas how to proceed?
For first assessment it was like try and you will see, after maybe ten times try it was confirmed as completed…
for second assessment I created ticket with chatbot and support confirmed from their side. So finaly I have my diploma.
Thanks. Perhaps I’ll try to make the assessment 8 more times and hope for the best.
A bit odd that it doesn’t work correctly…
