Automation Explorer Assessment (v2023.10) issue - Certificate generation incomplete!

Hi Team,

I have completed the Automation Explorer (v2024.10) assessment.

However:

  • It says “You have already completed this assessment”
  • But the status still shows “Resume”
  • Certificate is not generated

Assessment ID: A0EZJS46DCHW

Please help sync my completion and generate certificate.
