The Automation Cloud account can be opened successfully in browsers like Google Chrome and Firefox, but in MS Edge browser, a blank page is observed. How can this be resolved?
Issue: Automation cloud can be opened successfully in browsers like Google Chrome, but in MS Edge browser, a blank page is observed.
Root Cause: Since the Automation Cloud account is accessible on other browsers, issues with firewall or network can be ruled out. One of the reasons for this error in MS Edge browser is an issue with the logged in profile in MS Edge.
Resolution: The steps are as follows,
- Navigate to 'edge://settings/profiles'
- Check the profile, if there is no account logged in, perform a login, Else, sign-out and sign-in again. Ensure the profile status has no issue and check with IT team if needed.
