Quick question: When we create an Automation Cloud URL, it asks for an email address. Should this be a specific account when setting it up for a client? Also, what should we use for the username and password? I cannot use my personal corporate email ID, so could you please suggest the correct approach?
Needs one email to create the organization. For a client, use a client-provided service/shared mailbox (e.g., automation@client.com). The username is that email, and the password is the one you set during account creation.
I suggest never use your personal or company email for client tenants.
