When a user leaves the organization (e.g., due to retirement or termination), follow these steps to release their license:
Log in to Automation Cloud (or Orchestrator) as an administrator.
Navigate to:
3.Administration → Organization → Licenses.
Under “Assign Licenses to Users”, search for the user.
Click the “Remove” (trash can) icon next to their name to revoke the license.
