Automating Public Portals

We are planning to automate logistics portals which are publicly available. we would be checking the status of the shipment by entering waybill number.
As the portals are public portals is it ok to automate public portals or will there be any legal issues if we automate the public portal using RPA.

I think so there will be no issues because you are just trying to check the shipment status right
