Automatic trigger the bot

Hi,

i want my bot to get triggered every time when any data is enterd in application.Is there a way to do that through Vb scrpit. i am not using any scheduler or orchestrator for this process.i have created the batch file but not sure how to make a VB scrpit to trigger the process.Please help me out
