Method of Testing:
Once the task schedule is “completed”, open Task Manager and see if any settings for your automation or open applications are still running.
Business Process Analysis:
Investigate each activity carefully for possible causes:
Close Function: Be sure to use the “Close Application/Workbook” function for any external objects you open.
Loop Conditions: Double check the output of all loops.
Timeout Properties: Check the “TimeoutMS” properties in wait operations.
Tree Throwing:
Include a strategic “Log Message” functionality throughout your business processes to track progress and pinpoint where it may be hanging.
Debugging Procedures:
Related Steps: Run your project in debug mode and use “Step Into” and “Step Over” to closely follow the execution path.
Breakpoints: Set breakpoints in key parts of your workflow to track changes and monitor workflow status
Thank you Srinivas. I found the reason. it’s because I implemented an Outlook Mai Message Trigger inside the Main workflow, which causes it will keep running to detect if any new email is received or not.
