What is the use case
Currently we are struggling to update the DTP (Desk Top Procedure) document for any process we perform. This is becoming one of the mandatory requirement in BPO world now (I am keeping in mind F&A)
How do you see a solution for the use case?
An automation tool to run in background, when a performer is doing an activity, to capture the screen shots and write a script on its own based on the activity progress.
This might help reducing the effort involved in updating a DTP on certain frequency
Same DTP can be used by another Bot to execute the process in unattended mode
This will give way to eliminate non value activities in the system and the performers can focus on more of analysis and auditing.
I am keeping in mind F&A, however this can be leveraged to other verticals and domains as well.
