So far in my company they prepare the user info like display name, login ID, email, password, personal email id in an Excel. These info other than the password is sent to the users person email Id one by one using a word table. Then they copy the password and send it to the users personal email id again using the same table in word but now without any user info. I don’t like this process and would like to automate this copy paste and email to the user stuff since the user creation Volume is very high. Any ideas?
To understand how to better perform this process, we need to know why this is being done. For example, why is a user providing a list of usernames and passwords to someone else via email?
