Automate multiple citrix apps on the same machine?

Several of our business users typically have multiple applications open form the same login, so getting the applications open isn’t much of an issue. However, once they are open, they share the same selectors, which does make this task more difficult.

I’ve played around with using the mouse cursor to shift focus as necessary, but this can be cumbersome and doesn’t really provide much of a performance improvement over just having one window open since so much management has to go into the mouse (and clipboard, keyboard commands, etc).

Just wondering if anyone has anyone else has experience automating multiple Citrix applications from the same machine. Would love to hear some more ideas.
