Auto Increment in Excel upto some Extent

Hello Everyone,

I have a Excel file where “A” column ‘Price’ sum is 9,55,000, but i need to get count as 10lakhs . Where their is a column 'B" having quantity in it. I have to increase quantity in 1 Number so that price may increase upto 10lakhs. I have total 39k rows in excel…Please help me in this…
