Authorization Request: The remote name could not be resolved: 'login.salesforce.comservices

When trying to obtain the access token from Salesforce, UiPath Assistant shows the following errors:

  • Authorization Request: The remote name could not be resolved: 'login.salesforce.comservices
  • :“Failed to request authorization token.”,“level”:“Error”

We’ve tried whitelisting the Salesforce endpoints in our Corporate Firewall but the issue still persists.

Saleforce has an option to set proxy as well…did you happen to chekc if it requires proxy for you ?

Please try configuring it and check if that works

Also instead of url try using ip and check as the error suggests it is unable to resolve the remote name
