is it cloud or on-prem installation of Orchestrator?
If on-prem you should check the ssl cert and also TLS should be at least in version 1.2

When are you trying connect to Orchestrator which browser is open to authenticate user?
Maybe you need to change the browser or try to change TLS version in the settings.
Try to disable TLS1.0, TLS1.3 and enable TLS1.1 and TLS1.2.
After restart the machine, and retry.
