Part of my automation requires the bot to update a file store in a shared drive.
How can i make sure that my bot is able to complete the automation without monitoring it?
Is Picture in Picture an option?
Is there a best practice?

The account under which you run the process must have access to the folder. You don’t need to monitor anything.
The windows/network account being used to run the job needs to be given access to the folder.
