Audit logs - Upload package and Update process

Hello everyone,
Is there a way to view the recently uploaded packages & the processes that have been updated?
For example:

• 2022-12-23 10:05:01 | Package “Process1” uploaded - Version 1.0.3
• 2022-12-23 10:10:23 | Process “Process1_Production” updated from version 1.0.2 to version 1.0.3

This would be really useful for auditing changes

This feature is available to an extent at Tenant Audit level;

Unfortunately it doesn’t offer as rich insights as you have requested on the summary page, IE you can only see “Updated 1 Process(es)”. You can click the info button far right to see exactly what process you have updated, but I agree it would be useful to see this info on the actual audit tab rather than having to click into each:
