What is the requirement? What you need to do with the audio clip?

i made a workflow to disburse Amazon gift coupon links as prizes for competion through mails. After sending the mail with link to respective winners the congratulations jpeg image will appear on the screen. I want to play claps sound along with image display. Hope it is clear
