We have a dynamics 365 project and we are looking to have a tool that will help us to automate a certain number of data entry tasks in Dataverse. We are currently comparing tools on the market that can help us achieve our goal. Our requirement is to have a full cloud automatisation tool.
The question: can we create supervised and unsupervised bots using UI Path full cloud without installing any tools locally ?

With the requirements you have I would say UiPath is not the right fit. Because UiPath bots would require attended or unattended licenses which means bot machines be it on premise or on cloud.
You can explore Power Automate cloud flow or IPASS (Integration Platform As Service) like Workato for your requiremnt.
