Attachments Not Visible Under "Attachments" Tab in Test Execution (UiPath Orchestrator)

Hello everyone,

I’m encountering an issue in UiPath Orchestrator while working with the Test Execution feature. When I use the Attach Document activity to upload a file, the attachment is only visible under the Execution Details section and not under the Attachments tab:

However, for my specific use case, I need the attachment to appear under the Attachments tab.

This is crucial because of a ServiceNow integration, which relies on accessing files directly from the Attachments tab.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or know how to ensure that uploaded files appear in the Attachments tab instead of (or in addition to) the Details section? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

attachments tab ideally would not contain those as each time you execute there might be a new attachment so it is linked to execution trail…

that attachment tab is used for manually uploaded attachments
