Attaching files starting with a specific file name to outlook

Hi All,
I have a folder that contain 6 files 3 each of files have same name and other 3 have same name , only there is change in extension of all the files(docx, pdf, .msg). question is 1. I need the same of the files without extension 2. using it need the count of the files having same name irrespective of extension in the folder . 2. Then attach the files with same name into outlook email in two separate mail
