Attach dynamic file from excel to email and send out email

Hi, I am trying to do the following:

Based on attached file,

  1. Open a folder whose title is based on current month (in format “MMMyyyy”) e.g. folder name “abc company apr2021”
  2. Open the attached excel spreadsheet titled “Name List”
  3. Find from the folder in (1) above, the payslip file (in pdf format) containing the name of staff. Format of the payslip will change depending on the month is as follows: “payslip-ABC Company-First Name-Last Name-YYYY-MM-END_MONTH.pdf”
  4. Attach payslip file in outlook and email to the respective staff according to the email in the attached excel
  5. Subject of email: “ABC Company MMMyyyy Payslip”
  6. Body of email:" Dear [Name], Please find attached your payslip for MMMyyyy. Let me know if you have any questions.
  7. If I currently have 2 emails in my outlook, how can I select 1 of them to send out the payslip email by default?
  8. Please share your XAML.

Name List.xlsx (9.6 KB)

Thanks a lot.
