I need to attach the file to the letter. But does not work “Attach Files”. I can not enter data
How to fix it? Maybe there are other options, how to attach a file.

In properties
in attach files you have got column value. You need to specify location there. The other columns you can leave as default.

Try Reset Settings option to resolve this issue.
