Assistant error 1203

One of our machines is not working, error: Connected but identified configuration issues.
The standard machine does not have an exact match to the name of the machine the robot is installed on.
Error code: 1203

i check, in orchestrator machine have licence. Production(unattedned)

This error comes because Machine name does not exactly match the Windows machine name where the robot is installed.
Please Update or recreate the Standard Machine in Orchestrator with the exact Windows machine name, then reconnect the robot using the correct Machine Key.

Usually this happens if you not using machine template.

Try to use machine template not standard machines

This error occurs because the machine name in Orchestrator does not exactly match the Windows machine name where the robot is installed. The fix is to update or recreate the machine in Orchestrator with the exact hostname and then reconnect the robot. After restarting the UiPath Robot service, the machine status will become healthy.

Are you on on prem?

there are no standard machines as of now in cloud

also generally error occurs when name mismatch happens as error states

this how you can find the name

I also went to tenat->folder->machines and all the machines there have the status in the “account mappings” column “Custom”, and the problematic machine has the status “Inherited from tenat”

edit the problematic machine and switch Account Mappings to Custom, then explicitly map the required robot/user to the machine. After saving, restart the robot service. This usually resolves inconsistencies caused by inherited mappings.
