Assistance Needed for FTP Connection Issue

I am currently working on integrating the input file process from the FTP server as per the business requirements. I have installed the FTP activities in UiPath and have been provided with the following details:

  • Host Name: [Host name provided by the business]
  • Port: [Port number provided]
  • Username: [Username provided]

However, when I try to connect, I encounter the following error:

No valid authentication method found. You need to supply either a private key file and optionally a passphrase or a password.

Seems you need to supply one of below

to authenticate in the FTP server, don’t you?

To choose the right authentication method consult with owner of the FTP server.
