Assignment are not getting graded after submission

I have submitted assignment multiple times, but the assignment is not getting graded.
I am not even seeing 0/100 in the page. It stays on the submit page after submission.
Support team just resets the page so that I can resubmit.

Is there another way to fix this issue.

Note - Code wise - its all good. and ACME Results is 100%
