Assignment 2 level 3 Running

I executed the process in snippets it worked fine but when I run the whole project it is giving me some errors. First transaction is running fine but the second is having multiple issues.

This is the file. Can you plz elaborate the solution.

First there is the error of the drop down menu of save file and in the 9th transaction there is another error of taxID vendor. I have sent the screenshots above.

I dont know the problem with my assignment but I sent it anyway and got 90/100.
