It’s seems like the one been submitted has few validation error like the correct item doesn’t match the requirement
—kindly check once whether all the hash codes are passed as input and is updated as per the process
—make sure that the dataset is not reset before uploading the file
—validate yourself once before submitting like whether all the items got submitted and updated with right comment
Once you are done with that we can RESUBMIT IT AGAIN

I am facing issue while submitting assignment…
Previously I uploaded incorrect file & when I tried to resubmit the correct file I am not getting the upload option in there.
Are there attempt limits in submission?
Please help me out.
