  1. Run your workflow.
  2. When it errors share the screenshot of the output panel.
  3. If you have validation error provide a screenshot of the error

i didn’t get any error into that when i upload into the upload page then every time it shows fail

hi @Sandeep_Kumar2,
are all the client security codes calculated and updated in the ACME Site? is yes, verify the same and then submit our code. make sure that you use the same login ID in academy and ACME site.

my credential is same, one question do i have to use the put the asset in excel asset sheet or the orchestrator asset tab

this is where you create your asset

this is where you are using it as a configuration for your ReFramework. Both should be same.
You can also use setting tab. But i suggest use setting tab which is also fine

in orchestrator I have just create 1 field i.e System1_Credential in which i enter the email and password. is it valid or i have to create the two field user name and password

only one as the asset type is credential. so it takes both username and password.
when you will use GetCredential activity you will pass the name of the asset and it will return you the username and a password
