It should contain the WIID key which you are trying to fetch from queue item specfic content - case sensitive.

The problem was solved. The error was in the dispatcher that was not correctly sending the items to the queue! Thank you for your cooperation.

here I found something there is WIID Is enclosed by quotes in the Queue that is the reason I think I don’t know how it came like this other queue items details doesn’t have quotes.
