Assign Object reference not set to an instance of an object plz?

Kindly check whether the right side variable in ASSIGN activity has any value in it ornot
use a writeline activity and mention that variable so that we can validate whether it has any value or not
or
to be better check with argument DIRECTION and also check whether that argument is passed to the workflow correctly when being invoked

here you have mentioned the row variable correctly then why again changed to in EXCELTRANSACTION argument as input

But how i connect it to assig process ? here :

Because when i run the process, it doesn’t work because its not connected to the row, its a new variable
