Its because of Dictionary is blank (Not Initialize), even your Datatable variable is NULL

It assign with this: Ctype(in_Config(“GIDER_YERI”),DataTable)

Your Dictionary Variable is not Initialize, please add log to check if data are inputted into Dictionary Variable.
