Asset for an array of string

Hello

I want to create an Asset for a string array such as: {A; b; c; d}.
But there is no such type of variables in the orchestrator’s assets.
I searched the Forum without finding the solution.

@Sunch

Orchestrator assets supports only boolean, interger, text and credential type.

Thank for your answer ranjith.
Is there a way to create an array of string by using a text type?

For example i create in asset “a;b;c;d”. And in studio i convert my string to an arrray of string?

Yes you’re right. We can able to create asset like you have mentioned.

A simple String.Split(TextString,";")

Hi @Sunch,

Create an asset with a string and use a delimiter like ; or something.
eg: “abc;def;ghi”

In studio , get the asset and assign to a varible with string type.
Assign an array of string, str_array= text.Split(";"c)
Now you can get each values by, str_array(0),str_array(1),str_array(2) etc.

Warm regards,
Nimin
