hello everyone,

I have a question. when asked to automate a process on an external vendor portal, is this always allowed? Could there be some policy that the portal does not provide permission or something like that?

Also, in your experience, have you requested technical utilities from the external portal provider to do automation?

First thing we can do the automation on our needs. In any web portal we can do the automation. But we have the account and access to the portal, in some cases the fire walls block some application do not allow other application access.
For some vendor portal they have important data and they are secured, in that portals we have to take the permissions from the technical team.
