Assesment message states I've completed. But i didn't. Can't continue taking it

Automation Developer Associate Training Assessment (v2023.10)

Suppose to have unlimited tries for assessment. Failed 2 times, now I get a messages stating:

Assessment ID A0CU8L0UWDNE
Assessment Login
You have already completed this assessment. Great job!

I’ve cleared cache, restarted the pc, tried in different browsers, nothing enables me to complete the assesment. Help!!

This kind of issue posted many people in forum try to contact the support team or raise ticket

And when you are taking the exam, did you see that how many retakes allowed
like below

It originally said Unlimited attempts. Is there a limit now?
