Are UiARD and the Advanced RPA Developer Certificate(which was free) same?

Hi,

I want to confirm if the Advanced RPA Developer Certificate, which was free of cost till last year, is same as UiARD Certificate which is the paid one now?
Is it like that same certificate(Advaced RPA Developer) is now a paid one?
